1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by LineBeacon Upland Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services after any changes means you accept those changes.

2. Services Provided

LineBeacon Upland Towing provides towing, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and related services. We make every effort to respond quickly and handle your vehicle with care. However, we cannot guarantee specific arrival times or outcomes due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or road conditions.

3. Payment and Pricing

All services must be paid at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Pricing is based on the type of service, distance, vehicle size, and time of day. We will provide an estimate before starting work, but final charges may vary if circumstances change during the service. You are responsible for any fees related to storage if your vehicle is towed to our facility.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and its location. You must also remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before it is towed. We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle. If your vehicle contains hazardous materials or is in an unsafe condition, you must inform us before we begin service. You must have the legal authority to request towing for the vehicle in question.

5. Limitation of Liability

We take every precaution to transport your vehicle safely. However, LineBeacon Upland Towing is not liable for damage that results from pre-existing vehicle conditions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including lost wages, rental car costs, or inconvenience.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service request, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after our driver has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee. If we arrive at the location and are unable to complete the service due to inaccurate information or your unavailability, you may be charged a service call fee.

7. Disputes and Resolution

If you have a concern about our service, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action related to these terms must be filed in the courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
